Certain games will obviously perform better and more games will become playable as more and more updates come through, so the list is constantly updating and changing. Decrypted Roms are playable on PC with Citra 3DS Emulator. Meaning that progress on Citra PC is meager at best, and on the Android. However, I've heard from numerous people that Citra development has been slowing down over the years, and that now most of the original Citra team have moved onto Yuzu. Please note that although the games are ON this page, they might not have been fully tested yet. Stella Glow Decrypted for Nintendo 3DS is turn based J-RPG and takes after a young fellow. As someone who is just getting into emulation, I was extremely excited to see a working 3DS emulator. However, some commercial games, (even big titles such as Kirby Triple Deluxe) are fully playable, with no issues at all at 60 FPS. Therefore, a few commercial games are playable on Citra, XDS, and 3dmoo (as of now, TronDS and can only play homebrew games), but some are extremely laggy (virtually unplayable) and some games don't start at all. These are real emulators however, the emulations are nowhere near perfect, as there are still some elements not yet emulated that certain games utilize or require, and the hardware on it is still not fully understood.
